ORDER and ORDER HELP PAGE

PLACING AN ORDER

There are several ways to place an order with the BUGSHOP.

The easiest is simply to download the BUGSHOP order form (PDF format document) by clicking the link below. Provided that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer you should be able to download this form, complete it and submit it by clicking on the "Submit" document on the form. If you do not have the free Adobe Reader and wish to install it, a separate download link for this application is provided below.

We are aware that some combinations of Adobe Reader and E-Mail client do not seem to be compatible. If you are unable to submit the Order Form by clicking on the "Submit" button on the form, you can print out the form and Post, FAX or Scan and e-mail the form to us.

You can alternatively download the order form in Microsoft Excel format, complete and save it and then e-mail it to us.

Finally you can send us an e-mail placing the order. Your e-mail must contain the following information:

  1. Your Name and Contact Phone Number
  2. The Item(s) and quantity of each item you wish to purchase and details (Name and e-mail details) of the recipient(s) of your gift
  3. Chosen Method of Payment (see also below "PAYING FOR AN ORDER")
